We haven't regained our star seller status despite reaching all the criteria. We were 100% on messages, 100% on time dispatch & 5 on reviews. These were our stats at 1st of March.
Why haven't we earn the "Smooth shipping" badge.

no, that's not correct, we have the "Speedy replies badge for May!" and the "Rave reviews badge for May!", just the "Smooth shipping badge" is missing, with no justification for that.

PREVIOUS review period, and download the CSV, those are the numbers for what was calculated at end April, for your badges showing now, from 1st May
The "Current review period" are your current stats that you are building up for the badge on 1st June, not what is shown on your shopfront
@HappyBicycleStore: "Why haven't we earn the "Smooth shipping" badge." The answer is in the applicable CSV file on your Customer Service page (previous review period for May 1st badges and star) where you can see what Etsy thinks is late or otherwise has something wrong with it. In particular make sure that *Had processing time?* = yes, *Ship by* has a date, *Tracking/label date* has a date, and *Shipped on time?* = yes. Remember that Star Seller dates / times are in UTC not your time zone.
