I missed the dollar amount on star stats...less than $50...that's fine, I know the requirements. But, I didn't realize it removed all of the icons where criteria was met. I'll hustle harder next time, but it was a surprise to see everything else gone.
Could it be a first of the month glitch?
No. That's one of the things that keeps one from getting any of the badges.
To be eligible to earn any of these badges, you must also meet the orders, sales, and shop tenure requirements: 10 orders and $300 in sales (before shipping and taxes) within the three month review period. Been on Etsy’s platform for 90 days since your first sale.

I thought the criteria of 10 orders was supposed to change to 5, but I might be wrong about that.

It's spelled out somewhere in the SS info.

@ZinniaCottage Thanks so much!
I knew I wouldn't make the dollar amount, but was surprised to see the others gone. Now I know.
I have been on the Star Seller program for a year now and because of the dollar amount stipulation added, I did not cut it this last month. It is an unfair advantage to have the same dollar amount in all categories. I can sell $1000 a week on FB for my pendants, without fees being taken out and the tutorials have sold well in richer times. I no longer care about this program as ETSY seeks to destroy advantage over promotion of the long time sellers.
The dollar amount and the order amount requirements have been there since the beginning. Sounds like facebook is working well for you.
Yea.... this post was from 2 years ago, when there was already a dollar amount stipulation. It was never added, it's been there since the program's inception.
While I think it can be unfair to some accounts to have minimums, it also works out to an average of $25/week. Looking at it that way, I personally don't think it's unreasonable for a platform to expect a minimum average of $25/week in order to qualify for their program and earn their badges.
The dollar amount has always been there
it was not added,
If we don't do enough sales to do the number, or dollar amount, then there isn't enough information to base star seller on, so we don't get it.
