Hi,
All the orders in my shop are digital, however the shipping tracker is showing 0% towards this months star seller goal. It thinks there is 1 order that wasn't shipped/dispatched in time but when I open the excel spreadsheet it is blank. I have no physical sales in my shop so the tracker should be at 100%. I've made a help request regarding this but nobody seems to be able to help.
Please can you look into this?

@CillasPurls unfortunately the new support staff is not well versed in how Etsy works. Sorry you were given misinformation.
Did you email any digital product to anyone? If so that may be why the issue.
If you did not email any digital item, then email back to Etsy that you have no orders that were sent by email. All your digital listings are instant download. Unfortunately you still may not get a reply that solves.
Don't worry of the badge goes away. Buyers have no idea about this program. You have delightful patterns which I think buyers will still want.

No idea why, etsy doesn't resolve those kind of issues here.
Because the new staff are not well versed in Etsy. I have seen others give similar answers what they were told. It is kind of scary that more misinformation is going to be handed out.
