star seller badge suddenly disappears

I had a star seller badge for a long time, but yesterday suddenly my star seller badge disappeared but my other badges were still there. When I told live support, they said there was a bug on the site and the badge would come back, but there is still no news.

That's very strange. I'm seeing the purple SS badge in other SS shops, including my own, so not sure why I can't see it in yours.

That is really strange. Your post prompted me to go look at my own Shop. And the Badge is there. I'm assuming Chat (live Support) is the one who told you it's a glitch? (please correct me if wrong). I haven't seen others reporting this "glitch", re: their SS Badge disappearing. You have the three Badges, but not the SS Badge. And for Chat to tell you it will come back; how the heck do they know? (rhetorical Q)

they said there was a problem on the site, they said it would be fixed within 24 hours, I didn't receive anything in the mail etc. so I have no idea about this issue

Etsy has been messing with how the display is for having all three badges.  If it does not show in another 24 to 48 hours I would contact them back and say it is not showing.

@turkishwomenshoes  When you said they told you there was a problem on the site; quite honestly it seems they say that just to blow people off at times. And I really haven't seen any other Threads about this, others having the same trouble. It would be nice if you could speak to a live person because this is indeed a mystery.

Yes, I agree with you, I have been waiting for mail for 2 months, I still haven't received any mail from Etsy, live support is useless, when I explain the situation, they say that you will be contacted by e-mail, no one sends an e-mail, and when I ask why there is no mail, they say that there is intensity.
