On the 1st of Aug. I noticed etsy took my star seller badge. I'm a new seller so that badge means a lot right now. Etsy did not show tracking or shipping for my last order. The order had tracking sent to buyer, and was shipped all early.
So I had a "star seller chat" yesterday and she confirmed that it was an etsy "glitch" and that she had taken the steps to have it reinstated and that I'd see it updated "shortly". It's been over 24 hrs now and still not reinstated.
I tried again today to contact through the same chat, but nobody is there responding. I requested a call back and am still waiting.
The chat yesterday said this forum can help.

That's what I thought. Thanks for taking the time to respond.
Shipping only counts when the estimated delivery time falls within the review period. Items shipped late in the month might not count until the following month.

@unHingedTs: There may a couple of things affecting your "last order". Star Seller stats are in UTC not your local time zone so what is July 31 to you may be August 1 to Etsy. Also, sometimes an order is not counted until after the scheduled ship by date has passed regardless of when you shipped. Estimated delivery time or estimated delivery date is not a factor.
