star seller badge not updating

not sure why the star seller badge isnt appearing yet.  says all requirements were met.  can you please refresh whatever on your end.  thanks.

This is a seller forum, not Etsy help. 

Check the dates as perhaps you are seeing that you qualified for the past 3 months but not for this month.

You are speaking to your peers - not Etsy.  However, you have none of the badges showing and a lot of 1, 2 and 4 star reviews since April 1.  Did you get the banner stating that you made Star Seller this month?

I stand corrected - you do have the speedy message badge, but that's the only one.

Make sure to check the past review period, not the current review period.

Do you mean on your store main page or in your shop manager? You have to look at the past 3 months stats.   At least 75% of the time my badge never appears in my shop manager when I qualify even when it says I do and there's no way to share it. It usually shows on my store page though. Support always tells me it's a known issue and not once has done anything about it. I don't bother anymore. I make and post my own star seller status when I qualify. Don't sweat star seller status. It's not really that big a deal. I'm just hobby seller. It's never made a bit of difference in my sales. All I have to do is be out of town 2 weeks and not be selling and lose it. Unless you have horrible reviews, if someone wants your item, they'll buy.

If you are looking at the current main screen, that is for the August badge, so it's telling you that you're on track to get the next one. To see why you don't currently have the July badge, you need to click the 'last review period'.
