I got an email saying I am star seller for month of March but I am not. When i click star seller on my Etsy it says also that i didn't earn any badges but i should have still earned speedy reply and rave review badge. The only thing I didn't get was the amount of money earned needed to earn star seller so i'm not understanding why i didn't get the other badges?
I believe this was addressed on another thread recently. In order to be part of SS, you must meet the minimum sales required. Had you sold enough to meet that threshold, you would have received the other badges.
Unless you meet the order amount AND the $$ minimum, you don't get any badges displayed. I just lost my badges because I didn't meet the $$ requirement ... the one metric that absolutely has nothing to do with customer service. I have the rest well met.
