We're a newer shop and were thrilled to potentially hit star seller this ranking period. however, some one who we purchased from as a buyer sent a spam marketing message to us, buy 2 get 20% off, buy 3 get 30%...we didn't respond within 24 hours and we couldn't mark as spam from mobile app.
I did end up replying and then later on marked it as spam from my desktop.
Does anyone know if that reply then spam marker after the fact will remove this inquiry from our star seller data? I can't seem to get anyone support to address this. Kind of stink because we usually reply within minutes via the app but this one didn't require a reply, you know?

When did you mark the message as spam? It takes a day or two for the stats to adjust.

Not 100% sure, but I believe that if you answered late and then marked it as SPAM it will not fix your stats - only marking an unanswered new thread as SPAM seems to do that. Please let us know if the answered late thread is removed from your Star Seller stats.
For future reference- The blue sellers app doesn't have the mark as spam option but the orange shopping app does have the mark as spam option if you prefer to use apps.
