Labels ARE being purchased! Check your "completed" orders column. I accidentally purchased one twice. They are being purchased, but the notices are not going to email either, so you need to check your Completed orders. You will need to request refunds for your duplicate label purchases as well.

Me too! It wasn't in open orders anymore so I went and looked and saw I had 2 labels for the same order.

In my case they have completely failed.  I checked the completed labels section as well, and nothing. No labels have been purchased officially

This is very recent. I purchased all but one of my labels just now, and then got that notice on the last order.

No labels are NOT being purchased! I purchased one that I had to do twice and both times told me it wasn't purchased, but went to completed and it had done 2 labels and now it won't even purchase at all. Hope they fix this soon because I have a lot of labels to be done from the weekend. AHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!

I'm having exactly the same problem - first time ever.  I'm trying to get 3 more labels and it keeps failing which is ridiculous.
It's mother's day weekend coming up and I'm on a deadline, I need to get these orders out.  It worked fine this morning when I printed 13 of them, but now that I want 3 more, suddenly it's a problem

same. it says it failed but you then exit the order, go to completed and print the label.

My labels aren't even being purchased and are not in completed. I had one this morning that worked that way and issued 2 labels, but now I can't even purchase labels. Just tells me labels not purchased. Hope they fix this soon as I have a lot of packages to get out. AHHHHH!

Careful trying over and over. I randomly noticed a couple attempts went through a little later, and had 2-labels purchased. Every attempt said it failed.

Sometimes purchasing one at a time works, but it also bugged out for me, causing double purchases when saying "failed" each time.
