shop updates

My old and new etsy app is not allowing me to post shop updates. The old app doesn't have my latest listings available to promote and I am not sure why they aren't showing up. I can't see where to do shop updates on the new etsy phone ap.

I made a shop update yesterday on the old app. And still working today. When my listings aren't visible on the app, I clear my phone cache & restart & that usually brings things back to normal.

I hear the new app doesn't offer that ... yet. It's another Etsyoddism since I have seen suggestions on my dashboard & in emails to make use of the update feature, even after the new app became available.

@NorahStellaJewelry: This issue (and many others) all seem to be related to how and when the Etsy Apps synchronize or don't - that is why it sometimes works to log out and then log back in or delete and reinstall the app. These actions appear to force the app to get fresh data.

@NorahStellaJewelry   New blue app doesn't have the ability.  For the old app, signing out, then back in is usually all it takes to update all your current listings.
