my shipping is at 94% but I cannot find which order shipped late or delayed. can you help me better understand
Go to star seller and click on shipping - there is a button to download orders.

@LazyEyesLazerDesigns: On the Star Seller page, you can download a CSV file. Going through it you can find which orders Etsy thinks do not have tracking, shipped late, or did not have a processing time.
