I am in Australia and can not get shipping labels. Failed to purchase keeps coming up, can this be resolved please?

I am also from Australia and trying to purchase postage labels to America however it keeps failing. I have contacted support and they're not assisting, they just give me links to their FAQ.

I am also in Australia and get the same “shipping label failed to purchase” for orders for Australia and Canada. I hope Etsy fixes it soon

Same, having the error saying Failed to Purchase for the shipping labels for mails going within domestic Australia, USA and Canada. Hoping it's just a platform glitch.

Are you doing this via the AusPost website?  What issues are you encountering?  Any error messages?

From Etsy, just get the standard - label not created / failed message - have contacted support but as usual they just say "try again later"

@LostMiniatures Check your Finances > Payment account to make sure they haven't charged you even though the error message says label wasn't created. I've had that happen in the past.

I don't anymore use Etsy's labels for Australia Post but hopefully someone who does will reply to you soon.
