I have a message from a customer today . Do you accept Venmo for Payment? I don't know what this is or if Etsy will let you use it. Please help
Venmo is like Zelle. You give them your email and they can send it right to your bank. Don't do it. Possibly a scam.
Tell the customer they will have to use the payments available on Etsy.
No, all payments have to go through etsy payments.
It is likely a scam. But also a violation of etsy's terms
