I am right, and shops are taken down all the time, for selling things that don't meet etsy policies, you just see the ones that haven't been caught yet

etsy is for:

handmade... your item is not handmade = cannot be sold here.

designed by you... your item is not designed by you = cannot be sold here.

vintage... your item is not vintage = cannot be sold here.

supply... your item is not a supply = cannot be sold here.

this is not a technical issue.
