I am trying to reset my password on my desktop. I have tried several times and the reset password link is not being sent to my email. I have checked my account on phone to make sure the email is correct and it is.
Could someone please help me in regards to this.
Check to see if they are asking you to allow them to send the link to your email first. I've seen times, in other entities, I had to press OK before they would send it.
