Recently I have tried to enter tracking numbers for 2 of my customers' packages when completing the shipment and when I enter the CANADA POST tracking numbers, they are rejected saying that they are "invalid" FEDEX tracking numbers. Why did FedEx even enter in to it? Why are the Canada Post tracking numbers not accepted? I do not want to lose my Star Seller Status by appearing to not provide tracking for my customers. I also want my customers to know that they are getting the service that they requested and paid for. Please advise ASAP.
