Hi, I would like to know how to fix this issue? I have been updating my product listing in printful and then I saw that my account is currently unsync with my etsy shop and here's the message keeps pooping in my printful store account "There are connection issues with Etsy, and some stores are failing to sync. We're investigating the cause, and we'll keep you posted." Hope you there is someone who can help me to address this problem.
There is nothing you can do to fix it, it's up to Etsy and printful to fix.
Check your email. Printful sent out a couple of emails this morning about the issue. The most recent said they have fixed the issue. The email also had a link the printful status page with more info.
Edit to add- your issue may be different if they have disconnected your shop for IP issues.

Some POD companies are refusing to work with sellers who try to have IP infringing product made. It appears that this could be the case in your situation.
But, I could be wrong, and it could be a purely technical issue, in which case disregard my above sentence.
Ohh I should have looked before I replied. *Sigh* I know better than to reply without looking at the shop.
I know. It bites me every time I don't look. Which is rare these days.
