Hi everyone,
I have a technical issue with my Etsy ads dashboard for more than 10 days. The Etsy ads dashboard says "Your shop needs to be active to start Etsy Ads". Before this issue, Etsy had asked me to upload a copy of my ID. I uploaded and it is verified. My shop is currently active and not in a vacation mode.
I opened a case and Etsy support told me that I should delete cache and cookies or try to login with a different browser. None of these did work. There is also nothing wrong with the payment method. I am really stuck here with this issue and unable to use the Etsy ads dashboard.
I am wondering if anyone else is experiencing similar issue? Any advice regarding this would be much appreciated.

FYI, after Etsy confirmed my identity, I opened the vacation mode and then turned it off. Sounds weird but it fixed
I haven't seen other people mention that sort of message.
Have you replied to Etsy Support to let them know those suggestions didn't work? If you haven't already, it would be good to include a screenshot of the message that you're seeing. Sometimes it can take them a while to respond or to escalate the issue to the correct team.
I have already done their suggestions, but they didn't work. I explained the issue with screenshots. Today, Trust&Safety team emailed me and told me that they confirmed my id. However, I am still unable to use the Ads dashboard
You can also just use your social security number instead of providing them with a Tax ID.

You are actually the first human response that I have found. I have been forced on Vacation Mode since I started my Shop and set up my first listing. I'm so frustrated with this company!!
Please tell me and the others, Stuck on Vacation, more.
What information did you have to send to Etsy and where did you send it, as they have no normal email, or any normal communication system.
