"Your Order Details Just Got Better"- no way to reschedule ship date!!

I just got a request from a customer to wait a few days to ship their item so they can add to their order. The order was due today, so I went to reschedule the ship date and the new "improved" order details are a total mess. I can't find a way to reschedule the ship date within the new format- am I missing something or did Etsy remove the option entirely?!

Oh I'm so angry, this new 'change' is so annoying, it's just creating extra work. It's utterly ridiculous to have the full delivery address and the expected delivery date in a separate tab. Grrrrrrrrrrrrr

Slightly annoying with the extra clicking but since I hardly ever view the order it's not that big of a deal. You can still quickly see the full address by clicking the tiny arrow right above the person's name, on our orders page.

I always add a note to my buyers, on this new page, the note can be added but there's no place to check to make sure I did that. On the old one if I scrolled down I could see it.

I think Etsy might be improving privacy concerns by moving the buyer's address to a separate page. Both Mercari and Poshmark do that by not showing where the buyer lives until a label is printed by the seller. It also could function as cindylouwho2  states, to encourage purchase of Etsy labels.
