incident: (the value of the order is 24 dollars or so) the cargo company is in a different city, I am in a different city and it takes a certain time for it to go to the cargo company for cargo transportation within Turkey. After that, the cargo company approves the cargo and they send me the international cargo tracking number. While waiting for this number, some of my orders can be "overdue" and this order was also "overdue", so it was sent late. Then something even worse happened and the cargo got stuck at customs. When it got stuck at customs, the customer rightfully wrote to me and I said "you should wait and I will convey this situation to the cargo company." After that, I mentioned it and the cargo company gave me time and as usual, they could not keep their promise and the cargo was not even delivered, but it appears in the recipient's country on the tracking screen, so the problem is with the local shipment company. Then my customer wrote that it would be almost 1 month and opened a safe. and because he was right, he got paid. But the strange thing is that the money was taken from me. Normally, it should not be taken from me in the customer protection program because this is the cargo's fault. Then I mentioned this to Etsy help and the person there was very helpful (although I think I gave him 3 stars by mistake, I apologize if he sees this, I wanted to evaluate it on Etsy) and he said "I will meet with my team" the message came 30 minutes late, thanks to the etsy servers
I think you need to claim compensation from the cargo company as they failed to deliver it instead of Etsy having to pay.
it is your responsibility to get your cargo to your customer.
so you need to deal with the refund.
and you need to deal with the cargo company.
none of these things have to do with etsy.
You are responsible for getting the item to the customer. If you choose a cargo company and they fail to deliver, you are still responsible. You may have a claim with the cargo company but you are still responsible. When the customer opened a case with Etsy, Etsy has no choice but to take it from your account because Etsy didn't ship it and can't claim it from the cargo company.
I would have acknowledged the problem, contacted the cargo company to see where the package actually was (it may be stuck in customs) and politely suggested the customer try and track it from there end - either in their local postal system or customs. But the customer is not obligated to do this at all. In future, when sending things internationally, allow at least two months for delays like this.
"Why couldn't you deliver the cargo on the date you specified?" to the cargo company. when I asked. The cargo company told me, “We only indicate the arrival time of the country to which the cargo will be delivered. "Once the cargo reaches the destination country, all the work is on the local delivery person," he says, apparently I will not be able to get this money. Then tell me, why do they state the arrival time in the country as "delivery time"? I have to tell them this.

in short; The reason why I can't ask the cargo company "why the time you specify is not the time to reach the destination country", but "delivery time?" is the reason why it is not that simple to file a lawsuit in Turkey, especially to file a lawsuit against big companies like ShipEntegra. They have 5 lawyers in their company, so if I file a lawsuit, I will most likely lose the reason. First, there is no justice in Turkey, 2. Second, there are huge gaps in the constitution of the Republic of Turkey. That is, they present an item that has nothing to do with the cargo and the court accepts it. If I lose the court, they will sue me and take my house and my car. In Turkey, it doesn't matter whether you are right or wrong, even if you k1ll someone, you can be released if you have a good lawyer.
