We are having the same problem, the window will not close and interacting with any of the options doesn't make the "Done" button work. The bot for tech support is also no help. How are we supposed to communicate with customer messages?

Trying to get personalized digital orders out and I can't because I can't get rid of the messages box to respond to anything or send files.
We managed to get through to messages on the Etsy app on Iphone if that helps!

Having the same issue. Had to go through the orders page just to send a reply, but I'm still getting the 'new message' notification.
I have the same issue.. but my messages work using the etsy seller app.
I am having the same problem it sticks on the saved reply library pop up and won't let you move past it or look at messages on the seller or buyer side
