I just got off customer support because I noticed I got dinged on my Star Seller rating for a late shipment. I was sure I have shipped on time for MONTHS and downloaded the report. That's where I found an order showing as "Payment Processing" which NEVER appeared in my New Orders. Customer service removed the order (the customer placed another order anyway which was fulfilled in 2 days) but apparently my Star Seller rating will keep the ding even though this was an Etsy issue. This NEEDS to be rectified!!! This is completely unfair for an unpaid product to hurt my shop's ratings -- especially right before the holiday season.
If the payment is still processing, there is no order to ship!
Exactly, but it's showing up as shipping late on Star Seller which knocked me from 100% to 96% and the chat help said there is nothing they can do about that.
