"Order Items" in CSV Download Not Being Emailed

I need to pull data in the "Order Items" category on the Download Shop Data page. 

According to Etsy, the CVS file should be emailed to me after the request is made. However, I haven't received the CSV file to my email after 24 hours. 

I realize the new updates to the email sharing API have caused the new step of receive the email rather than receive an automatic download.

Has anyone who has requested the "Order Items" data received the email with the data?

The CSV file is not emailed to you, Etsy sends you an email with a link to download the file.

I just requested one and received the email within a few seconds.

The email was from Payments Team if that helps at all.

I've waited 8 hours today for the email that sends me a link for the csv file downloads.

still no email from etsy on this.

yes delay of hours getting the email, hopefully they fix it soon

I have tried multiple times to download the order items and I have not received any emails either!

I don't get it either. I now have to go to my email open it up download it and then print. So unneccessary. I'ts so much extra work if you've got a lot of orders. Really not happy!!

Before posting on the Forums, please check if you are not bumping an old thread that hasn't seen any activity in a while. You can do this by looking at the dates of the most recent replies.
