"Oops! A stitch has gone awry. Please try again." Run a Sale Confirm Problem

I have a problem with setup a sale for discount. When I reach step 4 and click on the "confirm and create discount" button, I get an error message ("Oops! A stitch has gone awry. Please try again."). I deleted my browser cookies, restarted the browser, tried logging in from a different browser and a different computer, but the problem did not go away. Anyone experiencing this problem?
