For the past two days all my active listings aren't showing up and my shop front says “No items listed at this time”.
Does anyone have any information on this or know how I can get support?
@KikkiandKaiPrints Look in Shop Manager - Listings - on the right see if they are Expired or Inactive
Are you aware listings are good for 4 months, and then expire, unless they are on auto-renew?
If they were deactivated by Etsy, you will need to contact Support through the Help Center links. It's possible because you are a newer shop, Etsy may need some more information from you.
The listing are only a week old and I have my listing on auto renew for when they expire.
I have tried contacting through the support center but no reply. It’s super frustrating.

Basics, have they expired? Has Etsy deactivated them (check in your inactivate listings folder?)
This is a long shot, but I note that your shop policies show as updated yesterday, Etsy have been tinkering in that area recently. Are you in UK/EU or ship to them? If so your policies are not legal for that market and Maybe that is the reason?
support can be reached (eventually) by following the links to help in your shop manager, keep replying to their reply (don’t start a fresh query) saying you still need help and hopefully you’ll get through…
Thanks, no they haven't expired the listings are only a week old. I am in AU and all my products are digital so I don't ship. I'll keep trying.
There is something wrong, as the categories have numbers in them, so they should be showing,

The times I've seen that, it was solved by deactivating listings, then re-activating them again.
Your sections have 9 listings that don´t show up in the shop.
Maybe try to deactivate the listings in the shop manager and activate them again, to see if they show up.
Thanks I tried deactivating them and reactivating them and nothing changed. Other than being charged for 9 new listings. I have no idea what's going on. It has to be a technical issue on eEtsys behalf.
No, don't renew them, though that might have worked. Deactivate and reactivate. There is no charge for that.
