I changed my shipping profiles this morning so the new processing time profiles would actually work. Ever since then, when a listing sells, regardless of how much quantity is left, the listing goes inactive and has a red "Listing didn't renew" warning on it. I seem to only see that red text if I search my listing manager for the SKU, I can't just scroll my deactivated section for them. HUGE PROBLEM!!!!!
OK I do see now some with red text now if I scroll through deactivated so it's not just on search. I have over 1800 inactive items so they are kind of mixed in there.
SAME! I updated to the new processing times and created a new shipping profile and now I am having the same problem with each listing going inactive after 1 sale, even if there are more in stock in that same color or other colors.
Ugh!!! The same thing is happening to me.
This is happening to me as well even though all my listings are set to auto-renew and have large stock quantities. I put in a help request last night and it said they will get back to me in 1-2 days. This is unacceptable. I’m having to go in with each sale and reactivate the listings manually.
@BohoBloomApparel: "... my listings are set to auto-renew ..." Immaterial for renew when sold. This setting only affects whether or not an expired listing automatically renews. Even listings set to manual renew should renew when sold if there is a quantity remaining.
Are the affected listings all ones with variations?
Did they tell what the issue was and how to fix it ? i am having hte same problem that for every sale i get the listing just turn inactive and i have to manually activate it again
No @TheGuildHallGames they haven't responded to me at all... not in chat, email... nada! I've also asked them about all the fees I'm paying to reactivate the listings every time. Shouldn't we be refunded that amount?
@PearlyRoseOriginals: "Shouldn't we be refunded that amount?" Are you saying that you are being charged both the 'Auto-renew sold listing' fee AND another fee when you reactivate the listing?
@BagmakerSupply I don't think its related to auto-renew. Every time an order is placed, that listing goes inactive even if there's still plenty of quantity on the listing. I'm forced to renew manually and pay the listing fee to get it back active again. This has been happening every day since all of the Processing settings fiasco started.
@PearlyRoseOriginals: Yes I understand, but if things worked correctly you would be charged the listing fee when it renewed as sold. My question was if you were being charged twice to 'renew' the same listing.
I've dug a little deeper and it doesn't appear that it was doubled. I was just confused when I saw it charging me time after time, even though there was still quantity and it wasn't expired.
