"Couldn't load messages" on Star seller chat

This is the response I receive when trying to contact Etsy through the dashboards Star seller chat option. Anyone else with this issue? On both Safari and Chrome. I don't think it is my computer which I restarted to see if that made any difference.

Seems I have it on Chrome but I never have it on Edge.

Perhaps chat is busy and cannot answer your request.

I'm currently on Safari and I'm able to reach them.  I also pulled up the chat option through Chrome and I was given the chat option.  Some things that might help:  Check if a software update is needed.  If so, update the unit.  Sometimes, clearing history can help.  Check the unit's available storage.  Getting rid of old, unneeded applications or saved files has helped me make my computer run more smoothly.  I hope this helps.

Still no chat available. My computer's software is updated, cleared history, etc. 

Also trying to responding to Etsy's help center is frustrating when you cannot find anything applicable in their list of problems.
