problem printing Canadian order receipts

Anyone else experiencing problems with printing Canadian order receipts?

I need to print the receipt so that customs can see the sales tax has been paid but the pdf opens in  a blank page.

All other destinations work fine but not Canada

There shouldn't be any sales tax charged on anything from outside of Canada, to Inside Canada,

It's only charged on sales within Canada,

I am from the UK

I logged a call with etsy, and this is a bit of what they said

PST will be applied for orders from Canadian sellers to Canadian buyers. This one is general and PST will not be applied to the orders of Canadian buyers from you.

The message is automated and you should have not received this message for order #xxxxxxxxxxxx

We appreciate you letting us know about this. I will take note of this and if it happens again, please let us know.

So etsy has a bug, I wouldn't worry about putting the PST on the Parcel, but your customer may want to claim it back from Etsy

I have the same problem as you with shipping to Canada. I reported the problem to Etsy support via chat yesterday but the problem is not resolved this morning. I reported the problem again by email this morning.

I think this bug is related to the new tax levied by Etsy. I pointed this out to Etsy support in my 3rd last request yesterday (#8992990)

Etsy has a BIG PST bug,

They are treating PST exactly like USA sales tax - it's a lot wider issue than sales from outside Canada, to Canada

Not sure how long they will take to fix it.

I sell from France and my Canadian buyers had to pay PST. I assumed that it was the same as the US State Taxes. I couldn't print the orders or customer receipts either.
