printer settings incorrect placement and size

I have a canon MG6821 printer. I did something and messed it up. I use self adhesive labels, two to a page. It is now being printed vertically 1/2 of one page instead of one half of page label printing horizontally. How do I fix this? Help!!!

Check your printers settings especially orientation.

Are you trying this using an Etsy app or via browser (it makes a difference as to possible causes and potential solutions, otherwise we have to guess). If you are trying to print PDFs using a Firefox browser, there is a known issue with certain versions of the Firefox browser.

On my Canon there is advance settings you need to go into that and save the setting you choose for size of paper/ type ie photo etc Hope that helps @ImGlassyEyed
