preview does not work in listing preparation

Hello.

When I am preparing a listing and want to see it in "Preview", I click on the preview button. BUT the preview does not load. This problem is the same on two different laptops. 

Any idea what the solution is? Thank you.

If you are using the new style listing form, preview function doesn't work yet. Save the listing as a draft BEFORE switching to old version to preview.

How do I switch to the old version? And does this mean we are to switch back and forth between versions every time we preview?

I am afraid so, until they release the functoon to the new app.

@GetLuckyVintage   at the top it asks if you want to switch back.

I keep doing so and I keep informing Etsy that this new way is unusable for many reasons.  I used stronger language which I won't repeat here.

I have the same problem. My listing is already saved as a draft but the preview would not load! May I know how to switch to old version to preview? Thank you!

@GetLuckyVintage , Use the old version instead. The new version is lacking features such as a preview button and a save as draft button. IMO it is not functional the way it is now and I'm not even sure why they released it for use already.
