So if i am logged in on my phone app, and can do all the changes with my listings, then why is it when i go to the forums in the same app, before i can participate in any comments, or even "like" answers, i have to "log into my etsy" again?
Im already logged in? So why? I dont have that information on me, its saved in my phone. I am writing on here thru mu computer, which keeps my signed in and i do not have to do it again.
Im frustrated mainly because i have questions, and i still remember the 'old way' Etsy was, and how easy it was to navigate and talk with people. Ive been here since 2010 and i feel like i am completely in the dark and my questions in the forums never get answered.
I have listings that are 'doubled' all the sudden, not sure why, not sure if i am being charged, but each item i make is unique, i can not have 2 so this is a huge issue. Why isnt there a "chat" help section? Ive paid enough fees i would think it could be possible.
