pdf link not working on listing

Hello,

I sell Canva templates. After someone purchases a template they get an email with a link to a PDF. But for some odd reason all the links for my PDFs are not working and are showing "the page you are looking for could not be found" message. This was not a problem before and started to occur right now!

Can someone help me please! all my listings are being affected!

Hi! Have you found a solution to this other than editing and re-uploading all PDFs with template link? I'm having the same trouble. All links were working just fine last year.
