I can't change the address and hours on the contact page
Your post is not very clear. Since you are selling online, your shop is open 24/7 - not specific hours.
I have tried several times to enter the address in the contact page settings but it always doesn't appear

Dashoard>finances>payment settings>address - that's where you change your address.
I am not sure what you are posting. I don't see this anyplace on Etsy for this information.
I'm not sure what "doesn't ALWAYS appear" means. Does it sometimes appear?
