I import my orders to Parcelforce for booking my orders. There are 2 numbers on parcelforce. One is is an order number and the other is the tracking number. Parcelforce imported the order number by mistake and now this is showing as not added a tracking number in my star seller rating. It wont let me change the tracking number even though the order was dispatched and received in time?

Please know that you can only edit the tracking number/shipping carrier within 72 hours after you add the tracking number. You can learn more here.
On the other hand, if you're using an Integration to add the tracking number into your order, we strongly recommend that you contact your Integration provider to further investigate this issue.
