overdue order still showing from June 2023, need help to cancel

I had an order in June 2023,  a year ago, that disappeared from my shop. I filed a case with Etsy and was told it was a technical glitch between Etsy and Klarna and that Etsy would be working on a fix. The customer was eventually able to cancel with Klarna, but the Etsy order never reappeared but is still showing as OVERDUE a year later. I have filed 4-5 cases to have Etsy cancel this order as it is not something that I can access is any way. please, please, please cancel this order and fix this issue. My sales have declined by $1000 a week since this situation has begun and I cannot get anyone from Etsy to address this issue.

I have this exact same issue, also since June of 23. I've made multiple requests through various contact routes, and cannot get it resolved. Whenever I speak with a new agent they are sympathetic, promise they'll help resolve it and then after much back and forth they state nothing can be done.
