when you click on the order and invoice it shows the tracking but its not moving the orders to Pre-Shipment as its supposed to
I hope that is resolved when the day is over , otherwise it affects the shipping on time thingy
Are you using Etsy labels? Have the labels been scanned at least once by the PO?
I am having the same problem
etsy is a mess right now.

@NiciLaskin: If the shipping company is supported by Etsy make sure that the shipped date, tracking number and shipping company show correctly on the actual order. Etsy relies on a third party vendor for tracking (and tracking number validation) and uses the data on the order. Have the packages been scanned? Sometimes a tracking number cannot be validated until after the first scan is publicly available. Our experience is that a day or two after the package has been scanned the stats correctly show tracking and shipment status. An unsupported shipping company or invalid tracking number equals shipped without tracking.
I ship 30 -50 packages a day , its not a problem on my end , its a problem on Etsy's end . its stuck . I just chatted with someone and they have no clue why this happened , but its stuck even though it shows the tracking
@NiciLaskin: Unfortunately we are at the mercy of when, if, and how often AfterShip (Etsy's third party tracking vendor) updates the underlying data. Perhaps one of the Etsy mods who has been able to get the tracking checked will see this post. While Etsy has made it clear that they will not manually adjust Star Seller stats, they have been able to get the underlying data corrected in some cases and then the Star Seller stats auto update (but not retroactively).
