order tracking time messed up

Hi!

I have a weird issue that when tracking my orders on etsy the timings seem to be all wrong, as in a few hours in the future. 

any ideas on how to fix?

@vanillaastudio: Do you mean what you see when you look at the 'Shipped' section of the actual order? Then it is probably a time zone issue.

Where you are In London, I think you are 5 hours ahead of Etsy (New York) time?

When you look at the scan history on Etsy you will probably find that each event is registered with a date/time 5 hours into the future, compared to what your shipping carrier displays.

It has been this way for years. I have reported it several times but with no luck.

Here in eastern Australia the scan events are being reported on Etsy 14 hours into the future!
