A user came to me and said: Your orders cannot be processed, our payment system has changed, confirm your cards again and after that I saw that I had 220 views and 185 visits and I still do not receive orders.
I don't know that user, he is one of you or he is a scammer, I did not reply, I did not give my card information, my mistake, I put it in the spam box, can you check the name of the user, support, it seems like a scammer to me, but I would be very happy if you could inform me about the order and sales transactions in this store, I would be happy or you can send me a message via e-mail regarding this issue. I would like to thank you about my shop and myself. Have a nice day.And I would be very happy if you could tell me how I can sell my products quickly, how I can get more sales orders, or which products I should sell.
This is a SCAM. Do not give these scammers any financial information. Send the messages to your spam folder.
Yes, I installed it in the spam folder, but there was no response.
These are scammers, trying to steal your financial information. There has been an infestation of them here unfortunately, targeting new Sellers as well as seasoned ones. Oftentimes, they appear shortly after someone lists their first item/s. These thieves are using "Verification" as one of their scams, posing as Etsy Staff/Support, etc. When you receive a LEGIT Message from Etsy Support/Staff, etc., it will appear in the "From Etsy" Folder (in Messages). If it isn't there, Mark the Message as Spam (so you don't get dinged for S Seller). *The "From Etsy" Folder is not on the App, however (you must use a browser instead).
Also for future, many scammers are posing as "Buyers", stating they need your email for an Order. They don't, Etsy already has it. When you receive a LEGIT Order, it will appear in "Orders & Shipping" (Left Column of Shop Dashboard); if it isn't there, you have no Order. Mark the scammer's Message as Spam (so you don't get dinged for S Seller). And never click on links or engage with them.
Honestly, I don't get why Etsy can't nail these FAKE accounts who are impersonating Etsy Staff/Support, etc. It's happening way too often. Here is the Announcement about the "From Etsy" Folder (currently this is in past Announcements).

Here is the other Announcement "Protect Your Account from Scammers" (it too, is in past Announcements).

Hope this is helpful to you.
@MehmetByEvci: "Yes, I installed it in the spam folder, but there was no response." Once you have marked a Message as SPAM, there will be no followup to you from Etsy about that Message.
"I had 220 views and 185 visits and I still do not receive orders." This might be in part because you have not included the licensing information for all of the trademarked and copyrighted names and images in your shop in the applicable listing, and buyers (as well as Etsy) may conclude they are counterfeits or you are reselling. And a buyer could file a not as described case against you and both get their money back and keep the item. Including the licensing information will show that you are not selling those items illegally and in violation of Etsy's rules.
@BagmakerSupply
Now, they are just names without an account. They were authors of messages with fraudulent intent. We should, however, be able to tell who is threatening us. And I can't find any possibility to re-edit...I don't see that option. I think it can't be re-edited anymore. I am sorry!

@PlatypusDream
Sorry, there was no edit, I was looking when someone else alerted me. I feel like I made a big mistake. I repeat, the given names are no longer active accounts.
