'not found' banner

the last few functions i have performed from my shop manager page (filled out shipping label info, renewed from a sold out item, refreshed page) have all resulted in me receiving a red banner across the top of the page saying "not found". each action worked fine so i'm not sure what the banner is about or what it is that hasn't been found.

I too have this issue. So what has Etsy Admin said about it? They must be aware of this problem.

We have had this issue for several days now as well and it appears that it only happens in Chrome. I have tried Firefox and Edge and no issues there... updated Chrome to the latest settings and still seeing the error. Super annoying:/

Same. Happened a week or two ago immediately after creating shipping label. I messaged Etsy and they said someone will get back to me.  Have not heard back

Received an email from Support.  They are aware of the problem and are working to fix it.

Yes. For awhile now. On both laptop and mobile device. Not Found or Service Unavailable on my orders page. Everything functions normally but anytime the page is refreshed it reappears.

Same here.  I have a few different categories to sort my orders into (new, ready to ship, etc), and every time I switch between them, I get the same banner.  I'm on Mac; it displays on both Safari and Chrome browsers.  I've contacted Etsy about it but it hasn't been fixed.

We have not (knock on wood) being getting these red banner errors but Etsy does so many calls during a page load that any number of them could fail and generate an error and not negatively affect usability. Odds are that error messages like the "Not Found" should have either been suppressed and reported only to IT or should have been replaced by a message that makes sense to the end user. Perhaps someone who gets these messages and knows how to use and interpret developer tools can confirm this.

this has been happening to my shopt as well. I found that clearing out my cache and refreshing the page did the trick.. but only temporarily.

I have had this problem for a couple weeks as well, I am seeing that after I fulfill an order it doesn't always go to the Completed right away.

NOW it’s saying “service unavailable” in the red banner. They need to fix this!

This is also happening across all devices used to view this page. At first we thought it was on our end. It is preventing us from seeing anything at times. As if we don't have anything to view on the page. EMPTY PAGE. FIX THIS ALREADY!!!

+1, I'm using desktop and Firefox. This seems to only pop up when I clear the last order on my page. If I have 10 orders, and I ship labels for 9 of them, no problem. If I ship the last order, I get the banner. If I ship all my orders at once, banner. It doesn't seem to actually affect anything so it's just an annoying cosmetic bug, but I hope they fix it soon.

I also have the red banner and it says Not Found on it - and have contacted help and gone back and forth by email with several people there and they say they are aware of it and engineers are working on it..but my sales have dropped to almost nothing since it has been happening. I have done all the things they suggested below to no avail, but I do feel my sales are super affected by it as I have had my shop for over 13 years and normally have a high volume of sales -  so I have a history to compare it to... I am only getting a few per day...any other way to solve this? Please post!

• Disconnect from any VPN connections on your device.
• Turn off any ad-block extensions in your browser.
• Clear cache from your browser
• System Restart: Sign out of Etsy, fully close/quit.

SO, now I am getting a red banner that says service unavailable....intermittently with the one that says Not Found...and my sales are gone...
