no response from ETSY support

Following on from yesterday. Incorrect dispatch stats for star seller. I messaged Etsy support. Had a terrible time trying to understand what the support person was saying, very confusing English.  They were saying I didn't have tracking with my order, but I do. I see it clearly on the order page. Now I am trying to contact Etsy support again and no one replies. Beyond frustrating Etsy. Any advice on getting etsy support to actually communicate.

Check your stats on the actual Star Seller page.

You can download a copy of every order and see which is missing or incomplete. It may be different than what you see on your Order Page.

Click on the "On-time dispatch and tracking" square at the top of the page. 

It will pop up and you can click the "Download order history" to see what is missing.

 

Etsy will not manually adjust your Star Seller metrics, even if there was a glitch and it was their fault.

Help can't help you because they can't do anything about it.

Thank you. Have done all this. Order dispatched on time with tracking. Etsy are saying no tracking. Have sent a screen shot but there is no response.

@fishsilver: What happens if you click on the tracking number link on the actual order? If it opens the courier's tracking page and shows the scan history then you have proof that the tracking information was entered correctly. In that case you should pursue it - while Etsy will not manually adjust Star Seller stats they can, in some cases, fix the underlying data and then the Star Seller stats will auto update (but not retroactively).

If that does not work and if the shipping company is supported by Etsy make sure that the shipped date, tracking number and shipping company show correctly on the actual order. Etsy relies on a third party vendor for tracking (and tracking number validation) and uses the data on the order. An unsupported shipping company or invalid / unverified tracking number equals shipped without tracking.

Thank you. Posting with Thai post who we always use. Tracked all  the way to destination.

Etsy support are not responding in the live chats. Average response time is one minute or less....I've been waiting two hours for someone to reply. Any other way to contact them. I cant use phone chat from Thailand

@fishsilver Did you have 5 Orders/ USD $ 300 in Sales 01 May- 31 July? If you did not meet these sales minimums then you will have no Star Seller Badges for 01 Aug 2024.

Your Reviews seem to indicate that you may have not sold enough to qualify or and SSP Badges for this month. Your Shop Front has no Badges so this looks like it is the Sales, not the Shippingthat is your issue.
