Hi All - I have an account I haven't used in years - I used to sell my jewelry and then an idea I had about selling band-aid type of products that were made of cloth and prints. Now I have changed my account to sell my oil paintings and it won't let me post my item - it says my account is suspended. It says that in order to reinstate my account I have to pay my balance but I have zero balance. I do not have any additional shops as far as I know. I connected etsy with my bank and everything but cannot figure out how to get my account reinstated. So frustrating not to have an actual customer service person to help!
