I just use the app for the cha-ching and for doing the occasional convo so I'm finding it same old same old. I did notice that I can't get to the forums but I do it so seldomly from my phone that I really don't care.

I finally figured out how to get to the forums on the app. Go to Help Center, and type in "forums". The first article that comes up has the link.

ah, that's a good workaround. I was actually thinking of putting the link somewhere at the bottom of my FAQ or About section.

No at all!!! and now it affects the star BS seller badge! Think it might be time to bail from Etsy.  Furthermore, i have NEVER received a response on things i ask, or point out not working.  THis change is over the top for me! I have android PC, my every day, all day, mostly ETSY base computer. But I have an iphone...so i can do my responses ontime....to earn my star seller!! the 2 databases are not working together properly - my sales tanked, and I discovered the shipping on some of my listings asks the buyer to ship to Portugal, or pay the fee, or something!! A buyer wanted to place an order and couldn't get around it!  Really frustrated with the IT dept at Etsy, every change, and this one is major, creates chaos for SELLERS and BUYERS!

and for digital sellers it is horrible.

WE need to see our orders all of them.

guess what? if a digital seller sells something it WON'T BE OPEN.

I have the phone app and I love hearing the cash register ring, but most of my shop management is on my laptop (a Mac) and I've been having so much trouble the last two days with the listing feature. I tried the new version, but couldn't get it to work right, so I switched back to the old, but now I can't get it to work, either. Anyone else experiencing these issues. I "talked" with the help chat today and they said to give it a day or two and if it's still acting up, to get back to them. Hmm...

I'm not thrilled with it and am basically reduced to using it for notifications at this point since my data doesn't update to the current set - it's always about 48 hours behind which is less than helpful.     Mostly if I get a notification that isn't a favorite, I pull up a browser window if I'm out of reach from a real keyboard.    Sad to see it morphed this way when the old app worked fine but that seems to be the theme around here lately. :  (

It took a while to get used to but I'm generally liking it. I had to hop between the old and new for a while based off which features I needed. That helped me acclimate to the change over. It doesn't always load in so I have to do a lot of refreshing compared to the old app.

I wish the new app had at least one of the features that the old app had. Like marking a convo as spam. I have to switch over to my phone's browser or use a computer. I would also like to be able to bulk set up shipping labels so I can do it while I'm waiting around at appointments. Again, I have to switch over to a browser for that.
