my reviews are deleted?

Hi! I haven't sold on Etsy in over a year but I loved having an archive of my old reviews. I tried to view my old reviews but when I click on it the page says there's nothing and I should change my filters (I don't have any filters). How can I view my old reviews? Are they gone forever?

Hi, When I sort to Most Recent, it says No Reviews for the last year (as you said). Under that, I see older Reviews. The latest of those is from May 13, 2022. Would that be right?

I can see 10 pages of reviews in your shop

View your storefront, you'll see the reviews at the bottom. You have no stars since you've been inactive for nearly 2 years but once you start selling again and get feedback, those stars will likely be back.

But your reviews are there. At the bottom of your storefront.

Review stars only show for a rolling 12  month period.  The Stars from 2 years ago will not be a part of your new review rating.
