I have a list of expired items,
I had a message to say I had sold an item, but it was one on my expired list, not on the for sale page.
I contacted ETSY chat, and they were no help, could not understand why I didnt post her the item !
I messaged buyer, ( her payment was in my finances section), to ask if she did want the item (as I still have it)
she replied that she thought she was buying "cane toppers" and sent a photo of item,
I do not sell cane toppers and the photo was not of my items,
she said she did not want to buy a dog ( my item)
I cancelled the sale.
contacted chat again, they said they would report it, which I doubt.
Just worried that there is some computer fault on ETSY ?
I was concerned as I had a spam buyer the week before, & wanted to check this was an actual buyer, chat didnt seem to get the problem.
