I have noted a drop in my message stat numbers this morning. There are no late ones so it simply cannot be correct. There is a client named but I haven't had a client by that first name since February, and her message was answered well in advance of issue time. The second problem is a person (same person) supposedly two messages, which is not possible because all conversations are kept in one message with an individual) I answered the client shortly after receiving and have been in conversation with that client off and on for two days. I do not appreciate a record drop in my message stats for absolutely no authentic reason. I have downloaded the chart and not one of those are true. I am not interested in losing a star selling rating over something that does not exist. Any help would be kind. thanks. I am sure it might be a fluke but do not know if it will correct itself.
