message icon not lighting up

Anyone having this issue of the message icon not showing new messages? It's only been the last couple of days but I receive messages and no indication on the dashboard, I have to constantly check for new messages which is rather annoying. I contacted Etsy help but they were no help. I run off of 2 laptops and have cleared the cache with no avail, any help would be awesome thanks Paul

Yup--also orders and other things. I have to click the links to see if anything new is there. Same with transaction and other emails. Get them sometime and sometime not. I have had this happening since Oct 2022 so don't hold your breath for a fix!
