When I connect to the live agent, it says within 2 to 4 days, the other one used to say 2 to 3 minutes, does anyone have this problem?

So sorry but I am LOL! What are you supposed to do--sit and look at the screen for 2-4 days. that is like being on hold on the "telephone tree"!
