 I really have no idea. You might try to remove and type it again, this time without any punctuation, just to see if it takes. Publish it then go back in and add what you need.

Could the word "Vietnam? be an issue?  Maybe check the prohibited items list or sanctions policy.

Check the character limit for titles, you might be over.  I count 77 characters in that title, including spaces and punctuation.  I seem to remember having to rejig longer titles in the past, I think the limit was only 60 or 70 characters.

ETA - ignore that, I just checked and the limit is 145, so that is not the issue.
