listing problems

just spent 30 minutes making a new listing and when I try to publish it says hm we're having trouble saving your changes. everything is correct. this is sooooooooo aggravating. it says to contact help if it keeps happening. we all know how that goes. any suggestions?

Is your ALT-text maybe close to the character limit? I get that notice if I’m at 240-250 characters.

There was another post today right below yours having the same trouble. Hopefully it’s a technical problem and Etsy is aware and able to fix it soon.

Other sellers have said they had issues with a new listing, but not when they copied a similar one and changed the description, title, etc. Note though, that I have no experience with the issue, as I always use "copy listing".
