listing glitch

etsy 100% reads the forums. They just choose to get involved in a selective way.

then what's the point of having a technical section in the forums? I posted here so they know there's a glitch. a big one. etsy keeps a pretty close eye on the forums.

There are 2 ways to view posts on the Etsy forums: either by viewing each category of posts (managing your shop, tech issues, finances, shipping, etc),  or by viewing the most recently active posts from across all categories.

There's really no need to post the same thing in multiple category groups when most people view recently active posts from all forum sections together.

I listed items on and off all day yesterday with no problems - most of them were copy but I also did a couple of "from scratch" listings.  The only problem I found was that some of the listings that I had changed a couple of days ago had lost everything about shipping, including the method (fixed), zip code, processing time, carrier, price, etc.  That happened on at least 5 listings and I still don't know if I have found all of them.  All of that information was totally lost plus it showed that I did international shipping with no shipping costs listed.  

I would advise anyone that made changes to watch their listings closely.
